1、 Return and exchange conditions

Product quality issues: If the shoes you receive have obvious manufacturing defects, material discrepancies, or quality problems, we promise to unconditionally accept returns and exchanges.
Inappropriate Size: For returns or exchanges caused by improper size selection, please submit an application within 7 days after receiving the product (specific number of days please refer to the store announcement or consult customer service), and ensure that the shoes have not been worn, the soles are clean and undamaged, and the original packaging and accessories (such as shoe boxes, dust bags, etc.) are intact.
Color/Style Inconsistent: If the color or style of the shoes received does not match the website description or what you ordered, we also accept returns and exchanges.
2、 Return and exchange process

Submit application: Please submit a return or exchange request through our customer service channel (online customer service, email, or phone), and provide the order number, product photo, and problem description.
Review confirmation: Our customer service team will review the application as soon as possible and confirm whether it meets the return and exchange conditions. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the return and exchange address and precautions.
Return goods: Please send the shoes back to the address provided by customer service and keep the return logistics number for easy reference. Please ensure that the shoes are clean and odorless, and use the original packaging or similar protective packaging for shipping.
Processing refund/exchange: After receiving the returned shoes and confirming their accuracy, we will process the refund or exchange procedures according to your request. The refund will be returned to your payment account, and the replacement item will be shipped out within 7 working days after receiving the return (the specific time may vary due to inventory).
3、 Precautions

If the shipping cost incurred during the return and exchange process is due to quality issues with the product or if we send the wrong item, we will bear the responsibility; If it is due to personal reasons (such as size mismatch, color and style mismatch, and non product quality issues), the shipping cost will be borne by you.
Special products (such as customized, limited edition, etc.) may not support return and exchange services. Please refer to the product details page or consult customer service for details.
