Once your order is confirmed, we will begin preparing your items for shipment, which typically takes 1-3 business days. While we strive to expedite processing, some items may require longer handling times due to low inventory levels. In such cases, we will notify you via email of the delay.
For customers with orders exceeding 59, shipping fees will be charged according to standard postal rates.
Please note that when selecting express shipping, detailed address information in English (including street/block, name, and phone number) is required as per shipping regulations. Delivery times will vary based on your destination.
Regarding order status, we will keep you updated via email after you place your order. The order confirmation email will include a summary of your order, shipping, and billing details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing item details and a tracking number. Simply click on the link provided to track your package. Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for the shipping company to update the shipment status, so the tracking link may not work immediately. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages on different days. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment.
